Volunteer with the Ottawa ROOS
The Ottawa Kangaroos Volleyball Club is a non-profit organization that is run by volunteers. Given the growth and size of the club in now it's 16th year, the Roos always need and count on volunteers to keep it running.
The Roos organization is committed to providing the utmost service to its players and families and in order to do so, they must need a group of energetic volunteers such as coaches, board and committee members, tournament helpers, team parents, activity organizers etc.
The Roos recognize that we are only as good as the people that do the work!
Paid Position
Spikes Head Coach - FILLED
Spikes is a developmental program for athletes aged 6 to 12. The program is about teaching the basic skills in a modified volleyball envoronment. The program will be run on saturdays from 10:30 to 1:30 at St Paul's CHS. Contact us if you are interested.

COACHING (Head coach or Assistant coach)
The ROOS are always searching for more coaches to join our Club. If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a club coach, please contact us.
We take pride in our coaches and invest in their skills and knowledge by providing access to top coaching programs and clinics. The rewards are limitless as you help the younger generation of Ottawa volleyball players grow. Coach with the ROOS.

There are many ways parents can get involved with the ROOS Volleyball Club. We are always looking for help in the areas of Promotion and Fundraising as well as Executive positions. Read more about our available positions below.

Communication & Marketing Committee
Seeking all Marketing enthusiasts... We are looking for individuals who interested in joing a committee that coordinates all the messaging efforts for the ROOS in the local community. Tasks will involved promoting the club in local schools and seeking organizations that can assist the club with its mandate. Join our Communication & Marketing Committee.
